Hello! I am Dr Virginia Kampmeier, DC.
Helping patients feel their best is my passion. Helping patients unlock their body’s potential and restore confidence in their body so they can live their best lives, and maintain doing all the activities that bring them joy is so rewarding.
My mission at Core Chiropractic & Health is to help our community to do just that - help you feel your best so you can live your best life!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and being active. I love being outside and moving my body and connecting with nature. I am a certified Barre instructor and lead classes at a couple studios here in the Twin Cities! Working with proper body mechanics and helping students get stronger and have fun moving their bodies is my jam!
I have a 7 year old daughter, an amazing husband and a 2 year old German Shepherd - there is rarely a dull moment in our house!
